At Kinetix, we stand behind the performance and quality of our products. Due to hygiene and safety standards, all sweatwear and body-shaping garments are considered personal-use items.

For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way. This includes exposure to sweat, stretching, or removal of original tags and packaging.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.

To start a return, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number. All returned items are carefully inspected, and Kinetix reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
